Refund Policy

Digital content only. All products sold at perfumisty.eu are digital content within the meaning of applicable EU consumer law: digital access (supplier contact details) together with a digital guide, delivered by e-mail. No physical product is shipped.

Withdrawal right and its exclusion. Under Directive 2011/83/EU (Art. 16(m)) and the Polish Act on Consumer Rights (Art. 38(13)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's express prior consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. By ticking the consent box at checkout before payment, you give that consent. Once the digital content has been delivered to your e-mail address, the right of withdrawal is excluded.

Before delivery. If you have paid but the digital content has not yet been delivered, you may cancel and receive a full refund — contact strivokontakt@gmail.com.

Non-conforming content. If the delivered content is defective or does not conform to the contract (a file that cannot be opened, access details that do not work), you retain your statutory rights. Write to strivokontakt@gmail.com with your order number: we will first bring the content into conformity (resend or correct access), and where the law so provides, offer a price reduction or refund. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days.
