Terms of Service

1. Seller. The store at perfumisty.eu is operated by PERFUMISTY.EU, strivokontakt@gmail.com ("Seller", "we").

2. What you are buying. All products in this store are digital content: access to the contact details of a fragrance supplier together with a digital guide on purchasing and reselling fragrances. You are not purchasing perfume bottles from us and no physical item will be shipped. Any purchases of fragrances you subsequently make are made directly with the supplier, at your own decision and risk; the Seller is not a party to those transactions.

3. Orders. The contract is concluded when checkout is completed and payment confirmed. Prices are total prices shown at checkout. Available payment methods are provided by our payment processors.

4. Delivery. The digital content is delivered automatically to the e-mail address given at checkout, normally within minutes of payment confirmation. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, check spam and contact strivokontakt@gmail.com — we will resend it free of charge.

5. Withdrawal. Governed by the Refund Policy. By ticking the consent box at checkout you expressly agree to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge losing the 14-day right of withdrawal upon delivery.

6. Licence. The delivered materials are for your personal use only. Resale, republication, or sharing of the content or the access details is prohibited.

7. No income guarantee. The guide describes a reselling method. We make no promise of any earnings or business results; outcomes depend on your effort, your market, and your compliance with the laws applicable to you (including tax registration and consumer rules where you resell).

8. Complaints. Submit complaints to strivokontakt@gmail.com; we respond within 14 days.
