perfumisty.eu sells digital content only — nothing is physically shipped, so there are no shipping costs, carriers, delivery times, or tracking numbers. Your purchase (supplier access details and the digital guide) is delivered automatically by e-mail after payment confirmation: usually within a few minutes, no later than 24 hours. Haven't received it? Check your spam/junk folder, verify the e-mail address on your order confirmation, then contact strivokontakt@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend it free of charge.
